He added that she had volunteered to help and live with the new couple,

The Centre’s President, Pastor Ololade Adamolekun while commenting on the historic event, which started in 2010, said “I am very happy for this day and I give glory to God.

“Grace prayers all through the years has been for her to get married and am happy that her dream has finally been realized
“She has been living with me for the past 10 years even before we started Jesus kids”, she added.

Speaking on whether Grace would be able to cope with the stress that comes with marriage, she said “In our home, we have a programme where we train them on how to take care of their family, so she’s well trained.

“Based on her condition she can’t learn any trade, but she’s very good with money and I believe she can cope in any house chores”, she added.

Adamolekun explained further that the goal of the home was to make them independent and live with their condition by integrating them into the society.

She also advised people with disabilities in the society never to give up on their dreams as there is time for everything.
