As reported on Wednesday, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services cleared Brad Pitt of child abuse allegations, specifically an incident that occurred between him and son Maddox on a plane.
However, according to sources, Angelina Jolie is NOT satisfied with the outcome, especially with how it affects her goal of getting primary physical custody.
According to sources, if the Troy actor does not drop his joint custody claim, the actress will present evidence that he did indeed abuse at least one of their children.
When asked for a statement, Jolie's rep gave a diplomatic response that suggested the two are all fine and dandy. A spokesperson said:
"Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."
The rep said there is a legal agreement where Angie has primary physical custody and Brad has monitored visitation. However, this arrangement was set in place DURING the DCFS investigation.
Now that its over, the ex couple may engage in a different (and potentially) nastier legal battle than ever before!
