Legal Troubles For Tyga Keep Rolling In As The Rapper Is Sued For $150K In Repo'd Ferrari Case

In case you missed it, the rapper was served with papers last week while heading out the Penthouse nightclub to celebrate his birthday — and now we might have an explanation.
Kylie Jenner's beau, who is no stranger to financial problems, is now being sued by a guy named Alex Benedict for at least $150K in damages after the 27-year-old failed to make lease payments on his Ferrari 488… a car that has already been repo'd TWICE!
In the court docs obtained by TMZ, the father of one and Benedict made a deal back in May, but the sports car was taken once in August and then again in November when Tyga did hold up his end of the agreement. Sigh.
So far no word from the rapper's team, but we'll keep you updated as we learn more.
