Kim Kardashian has been in hiding for the most part since her horrific robbery in Paris — but since her husband, Kanye West, took it upon himself to fire their longtime bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, the reality star is nervous some of her darkest secrets could see light.
In addition to Kim's tumultuous relationship with the rapper, In Touch can exclusively reveal that the 36-year-old has hidden beauty secrets, one of them being that her hair is actually fake.
"The truth is she was actually going bald from having too many extensions, so she had a hair transplant!" an insider reveals. "If that ever came out, Kim would be mortified."
The source also adds that her butt — no matter how many times Kim says is real — was in fact stuffed with implants.
